Claims and Carrier Liability Limitation: Unless the Customer purchases additional protection, all household goods are moved under standard Released Value Protection, which limits the Company's liability for loss or damage to a maximum reimbursement of $0.60 per pound per article. Settlements are calculated strictly based on the weight of the damaged item multiplied by $0.60, regardless of the item's original cost or replacement value.

All claims for loss or damage must be submitted to the Company in writing within three (3) calendar days following the completion of delivery. Any claim not submitted within this 3-day window is strictly barred, and the Customer waives all rights to recovery. Valid claims must include a copy of the signed Bill of Lading alongside time-stamped digital photographic evidence of the damage.
